We've been doing this long enough to know what actually goes wrong.
Shift Planning started after years of running corporate events for other people's companies: conferences that ran over, launches with vendors who didn't show, retreats nobody wanted to attend. Now we handle the logistics, the vendors, and the on-site chaos ourselves, so you're not the one fielding a call from the caterer at 6am on event day.
